All 3 promoted teams to stay up

It seems Stoke are letting the team down at the moment. With Hull and the Baggies sitting proud in the top half of the table BetNose is slightly tempted with Corals 9/1 that Hull, Stoke and West Brom all stay up this season. But then we think about it and realise Spurs and Tottenham will start picking up points and the table will change around soon enough. Hull and West Brom have given themselves a great chance of staying up, but BetNose can not see Stoke achieving the same.
